US election: Joe Biden declared winner after record voter turnout

Joe Biden has won the 2020 presidential election, but as Global’s Jeff Semple reports, not a lot of Republican voters flipped to Democratic votes; rather, voter turnout for the Democratic side played a larger role in Biden’s victory.
